Customer Assisted
Telephone Assistance: Coverage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Includes telephone consultation to assist End User in replacing customer replaceable units.

RTS offers annual maintenance contracts for your out of warranty equipment including workstations, desktops and servers. Our Maintenance Contracts provide complete repair coverage for all your equipment and peripherals to minimize downtime when repairs are needed for many OEM’s. Our experienced service delivery personnel will work with you to develop a customized service program tailored to meet your specific requirements. Often the highest paid IT employees most frustrating waste of time is performing computer maintenance. RTS will deliver the level of support you require for one low monthly fixed fee. RTS has the capabilities to accommodate the most demanding SLA’s from 24-hour On-Site support to next day parts only exchanges. All of our hardware service contracts include free technical support for a quick problem resolution.
